Located just a few minutes by bike from the beach and shops, this 130 m² villa provides the perfect environment for a peaceful getaway.

Renovated and fully refurnished in 2021, the villa features 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a bright living area combining a lounge and dining room. This space opens onto a large teak terrace and a south-facing enclosed garden (3 ares), ideal for relaxing or enjoying al fresco meals.

From the moment you arrive, you'll be charmed by the carefully designed décor, blending chic and casual styles. Take advantage of the Opal Coast's microclimate to lounge on the deckchairs, fire up the barbecue, or gather around the elegant teak tables for a family meal. For a hassle-free arrival, the house is equipped with a smart keybox, allowing you to access the villa from 4:00 PM using a personalized code sent in advance.

The house features:

Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms, 8 sleeping arrangements (6 beds total).  First floor: 2 rooms with 2 single beds each, 1 room with a double bed (160cm). Second floor: 1 master suite with a double bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom.
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms. (First floor: a bathtub and shower + Second floor: a shower).  Hairdryer included.
Toilets: 2 separate toilets.
Heating: Central gas heating.
Wi-Fi: Ultra-fast fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi.
Entertainment: The Frame TV with pre-logged Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. Bose Bluetooth speaker available.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with: cookware, kettle, Nespresso machine, Smeg toaster, microwave, traditional oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, citrus juicer, steamer, and more.
Utility Room and Terrace: Utility room with: 4 Lafuma sun loungers with footrests, Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner, Weber electric barbecue,  Washer and dryer, Iron and ironing board.
Terrace with garden furniture, 10 outdoor chairs, and a teak and metal dining table.
Bikes:3 brand-new bikes (2021) and 2 beach chairs available.

Baby equipment: Ikea Antilop high chair, 3 Koelstra TravelSleeper travel cribs with firm mattresses and 3 Dreambee soft mattresses (sheets not provided),  3 waterproof mattress protectors. Plates and cups suitable for young children.
Parking: Two reserved parking spots along the garden, with an additional 4 spaces available on the street.
Accessibility: The house is not easily accessible for people with reduced mobility (stairs are required to access the house, bedrooms, and bathrooms).
Optional Bed/Bath Linen: High-quality linen rental is available for €10 per person. Each set includes: A fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase (cotton percale), a hand towel and bath towel (Sylvie Thiriez brand). Kitchen towels are provided as standard.
